After the harvest the grapes are left macerating for twelve days. The wine then matures in barriques for six months and in stainless steel for six more, before the bottling.
Training system: Guyot
Harvest: First ten days of October
Food pairing: Hare with chanterelle
The Cabernet Franc grapes come from vineyards of the Doc Friuli Isonzo zone in Villanova di Farra and Lucinico. Thanks to a high vine density and an average age of fifteen years the wine is very lively and elegant.
