Color: Brilliant coppery

Smell: Slighlty floral, fruit, fragrant, complex and elegant

Taste: Dry, fresh, mineral, very drinkable

Alcohol content: 12,5%

Serving temperature: 8-10° C

Vinification: After the harvest a one-night maceration to give it the typical color of the pinot grigio. Later, the traditional maceration. Six months after the harvest the wine is bottled together with the yeasts for the second fermentation in the bottle. The spumante rests on the yeasts for eighteen months

Training system: Bilateral Guyot

Harvest: Last ten days of August

Food pairing: Raw prawns

Classic method made, with small bubbles, numerous and persistent
