Meja'01

Color: Amber-shot yellow with brilliant tinges

Smell: Floral (withered flowers), dried figs, almonds, crème patissière, spicy, intense, complex and delicate

Taste: Amabile, warm, soft, notes of dried figs, very persistent and enfolding, but at the same time, thanks to a relatively good acidity, never doughy

Alcohol content: 14,5%

Serving temperature: 18-20° C

Vinification: Tonneaux, Bottle

Harvest: Beginning of October

Food pairing: Parmiggiano Reggiano 36 months

The grapes come from two completely different territories, Capriva and Oslavia, and this makes for an incredibly balanced wine. The harvest of the two varieties takes place at the same time, and the grapes are then dried on racks for about one month, exposed to the breeze blowing from mount Sabotino. Thus they loose 60% of their water and concentrate the sugars and the flavors from the berries.
